GoSailGlobal LLC (“GoSailGlobal”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We build and publish mobile apps, web applications and online digital services.

Scope

This policy applies to this website (gosailglobal.com) and to the apps and online services we publish (together, the “Services”). Where an individual app needs to handle information in a way not described here, it will explain this in the app, in its store listing, or in a supplemental notice.

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

Information you give us

When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. If one of our apps offers an account, we collect the details you enter to create it, such as an email address.

Information from our apps

Our apps may process information needed to provide their features, for example settings, content you create, or basic diagnostic and crash data that helps us fix problems. The specific data each app collects is disclosed in the app’s privacy details on the App Store or Google Play.

Purchases

Paid apps, subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information, such as whether a purchase or subscription is active.

Website technical data

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. Web fonts are served by bunny.net, a privacy-focused font service.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To keep the Services secure and to prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the Services (for example hosting, email and app distribution platforms), under obligations to protect it.
• When required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or GoSailGlobal.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

International transfers

We serve users worldwide. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our related records.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR, and California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

To make a request, email hello@gosailglobal.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and where changes are significant we will provide additional notice.
